An SSID (Service Set Identifier) network identifier is the name given to each Wi-Fi network. A wireless network is different from other types of networks in this way. This name is occasionally concealed for security purposes or other reasons. As a result, if you open a list of available networks on your phone or computer, you’ll probably see that the majority of them have names like PTCL-BB, D-Link, TP-LINK, etc.
In general, we will take into account routers from various manufacturers changing their wireless network name (SSID). Since everything is extremely basic, the SSID is configured on the wireless network’s settings page, and each router’s security tab contains the wi-fi password option.
Let’s take a closer look at PTCL, TP-LINK, D-Link, and Tenda
Note: Devices linked to Wi-Fi routers will automatically disconnect and request a new password after changing the router’s password. To reconnect your device to that Wi-Fi router, you will have to input your new password.
